Atlas AI investigates and adds context to alerts to support triage, while eSentire’s Threat Response Unit hunts for threats across customer telemetry. The service includes incident response, containment, remediation and unlimited incident handling. Atlas can investigate alerts from any source through its REST API, with custom integrations available for sources outside its standard menu. Endpoint detection and response supports customer-provided CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Palo Alto technology. Atlas Enhanced includes 90-day log retention; Atlas Elite includes 365 days.
