In their own words
Cryoserver
Cryoserver archives organizational email and instant messages in a searchable repository, with deployment options for cloud, on-premises software, or an appliance. Its rapid search is intended to help users locate archived email in seconds. The service compresses, deduplicates, and encrypts email; its homepage says these measures typically cut storage use by 30–40%. It records a digital fingerprint for each message and checks it on retrieval to detect changes. Supported communication platforms include Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, LivePerson, Bloomberg, and Gmail. Authorized users can use eDiscovery tools with audit trails and legal-grade evidence, according to the cloud product page. Cryoserver also supports importing legacy archives and migration to Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, or another provider. The maker says it can help organizations address GDPR, FCA, SEC, and SAR/FOI requirements. Pricing is on request; there is no free plan, but a free trial is available. The product is available for Linux, macOS, Windows, web, and self-hosted use.
