In their own words
CSI Pro
CSI Pro is a browser-based tool for customer success teams assessing renewal risk and preparing account materials. It calculates a 0–100% renewal probability score from usage trends, support volume, and sentiment; this scoring works offline without AI. The tool can draft structured QBRs and one-page escalation briefs, with AI-enhanced outputs available in Pro. Account Intelligence synthesizes company news, financial signals, and customer success community data, and includes three free research uses with Wikipedia as a fallback when no API key is available. Pro adds a Document Vault that accepts PDF, CSV, and TXT files and uses their contents in QBR, triage, and advisor outputs. CSI Pro is delivered as a single HTML file, and core scoring, QBR, triage, and advisor features work offline. The free plan includes core scoring and analysis with no account required. Pro Lifetime is listed at 29.00 USD once, with use on up to two devices simultaneously and a perpetual license for internal business use.
GainTrace
GainTrace is customer success software for B2B SaaS teams that turns account signals into health scores intended to surface churn risk. Scores weigh usage, adoption, engagement, sentiment, revenue, support and CSM pulse, with inputs refreshed every six hours. For each account, the product shows the signals, weights and dates behind its score; it withholds a churn percentage until data and confidence thresholds are met. Nineteen built-in workflows cover situations such as declining health, renewal timelines, champion departures, payment failures and onboarding stages. Listed connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, Zoom, a custom webhook and the GainTrace SDK. The free plan covers 25 tracked companies, 100 contacts, 5,000 events per month, three live connectors, 100 automations per month, 12-hour sync and three months of history. The paid GainTrace plan is $82 a year, billed annually at $990, with limits varying by company band. GainTrace says data is stored at rest in AWS data centres in Ireland and EU data residency is available on every plan. It runs on web and provides an API.
