In their own words
CSSignal
CSSignal is a web-based customer success intelligence platform that brings account health, stakeholder details, renewals, and churn analysis together. It tracks product usage, support volume, billing health, login frequency, and engagement, then raises risk flags with severity, AI explanations, and suggested next steps. Teams can configure health scores using six weighted factors; scores recalculate when the app is opened. Playbooks assign work as tasks with owners and due dates, but do not run automatically, and CSSignal does not send email on the team's behalf. Signal AI answers natural-language questions about portfolio data, creates account insights, and can draft outreach or QBR preparation when asked. Reporting includes pre-built dashboards and 13 ready-made reports, including NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion pipeline. Teams can add data through CSV or manual upload; live connectors are not available yet. Workspaces support English and Spanish and customer-set exchange rates for multi-currency display. CSSignal says it uses HTTPS/TLS, encrypted storage, access controls, and platform MFA, but is not SOC 2 certified.
Hook
Hook is an AI application for revenue teams that analyzes customer behavior and external sources to recommend next steps for each account. It brings product usage, meetings and support data together to surface churn risk, renewal likelihood and expansion opportunities. Echo analyzes emails, meetings, support threads and usage patterns, including comparisons across the customer base. Activator creates goal-driven onboarding paths, with actions either queued for customer success manager review or run automatically. Hook can generate tailored playbooks and trigger actions through Slack, email or Teams. Its account workspace combines meetings, conversations and support tickets, and can draft follow-up emails and meeting invitations. Other listed functions include account pages, customer and user reporting, alerts, news feeds, journeys and company goals. The service is available on the web and through an API; the public API offers authenticated, organisation-scoped, read-only access to specified data. Hook says its agents achieve 93% accuracy in live environments with customer-specific training sets. Pricing is on request.
