In their own words
CSSignal
CSSignal is a web-based customer success intelligence platform that brings account health, stakeholder details, renewals, and churn analysis together. It tracks product usage, support volume, billing health, login frequency, and engagement, then raises risk flags with severity, AI explanations, and suggested next steps. Teams can configure health scores using six weighted factors; scores recalculate when the app is opened. Playbooks assign work as tasks with owners and due dates, but do not run automatically, and CSSignal does not send email on the team's behalf. Signal AI answers natural-language questions about portfolio data, creates account insights, and can draft outreach or QBR preparation when asked. Reporting includes pre-built dashboards and 13 ready-made reports, including NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion pipeline. Teams can add data through CSV or manual upload; live connectors are not available yet. Workspaces support English and Spanish and customer-set exchange rates for multi-currency display. CSSignal says it uses HTTPS/TLS, encrypted storage, access controls, and platform MFA, but is not SOC 2 certified.
UserIQ
UserIQ is a web-based customer success platform combining health insights, user analytics, project management, and in-app communications. Its health dashboard uses pulse, sentiment, adoption, and usage information to show trends and the impact of outreach. Reporting can show how long users take to interact with features, identify issues associated with support tickets, and build visualizations. Plays help teams find accounts needing attention, decide next actions, and automate tasks. Engagement tools include onboarding tours, Voice of the Customer surveys, and in-app messaging.
Listed features also include custom health scoring, product usage insights, segmentation, and filtering. UserIQ connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, and Segment. The Salesforce integration can bring CRM data into UserIQ and return product engagement information to Salesforce contacts or accounts. UserIQ was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Dunwoody, Georgia. It serves rapidly scaling SaaS companies seeking customer success and product adoption functionality. The plan includes unlimited seats, with pricing based on monthly active customers; the price is available on request.
