In their own words
CTM Conversation Intelligence
CTM Conversation Intelligence uses AI-powered call analysis to help sales and marketing teams identify customer needs and work with conversation data. Teams can listen to recordings, read transcriptions, or apply customizable prompts to analyze transcripts. Sentiment analysis can help identify ideal audiences and low-quality conversations, while automatic tags and scores report on lead quality and team performance beyond call volume.
Live Conversations provides transcripts during active calls and chats, and Whisper lets a coach guide an agent privately. Described automations include using call scores as Google Ads conversions, triggering voicemail follow-up, and escalating off-script calls to managers. Conversation Intelligence is included in Marketing Pro, which costs $179 a month, billed monthly, and includes 3,000 transcribed minutes and custom AskAI analysis. CTM lists Android, iOS, web, and API access. There is no free plan.
