In their own words
Cubby
Cubby is an AI-native platform for self-storage operators, with tools for running facilities, serving tenants and managing revenue. Operators can track units, review real-time reports, manage tasks and oversee multiple locations. On-site tools work on mobile devices and support offline walkthroughs that sync after a connection returns. Tenants can use a passwordless portal to pay, view leases and manage accounts; online rental tools support reservations, digital leases, e-signatures and autopay setup. Revenue tools consider competitors, occupancy and demand when recommending rates and tenant increases, with rate limits and facility-specific rules. Cubby Calls routes, records and transcribes calls, while Comms AI can handle sales and service calls and transfer them to staff. The platform is available on Android, iOS and the web, with an API. Cubby lists partners across areas including access control, auctions and marketing. Its agreement describes an annual platform fee and payment processing fees, with amounts specified in an order; prospective customers are directed to request a demo.
