In their own words
CubbyTrack
CubbyTrack is web-based childcare management software for attendance, enrollment, billing, family communication, staff operations, forms, compliance, and reporting. Attendance tools cover classroom headcounts, check-in and check-out history, authorized pickup workflows, and ratio awareness. Billing includes tuition, invoices, online payments through a center’s Square merchant account, autopay, subsidy tracking, balances, and collections. Staff features organize schedules, time-clock activity, breaks, work hours, training and compliance records, reminders, and payroll-preparation reports. The family portal brings together care information, forms, billing, enrollment details, calendar items, learning updates, and document requests. Enrollment tools track inquiries, tours, applications, classroom capacity, and waitlists. Learning workflows include observations, assessment evidence, and family acknowledgments. Authorized leaders can switch between multiple centers while access remains location-aware. CubbyTrack runs in modern browsers on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops; it has no separate native mobile app. Plans include a free Home Provider option for up to four active children and paid plans starting at $39 a month.
