CubCare
CubCare combines childcare attendance, billing, family communication, staff scheduling, HR, payroll preparation, and reporting in one platform. It is built for daycares, preschools, before- and after-school programs, early learning centres, and multi-location operators. Centres can record room-level digital check-ins and check-outs, retain time-stamped records, and view live staff-to-child ratios. Billing covers invoices, subsidies, deposits, online payments, balances, and automatic reminders. Staff tools include scheduling, time tracking, leave requests, records, certifications, and payroll preparation with paystub generation or upload. Families can use the parent app to view reports and photos, message the centre, review invoices, and pay online. Reports for licensing and board reviews can be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Operators can switch between locations and compare occupancy, revenue, and staffing. CubCare supports Android, iOS, and web, with onboarding help for migration, imports, setup, training, and launch. Pricing is by custom quote; every plan includes the full feature set.
