Its dashboard compares results in real time across business units, teams, and demographic groups. Participants may receive personalized engagement reports, while leaders can use recommendations tailored to their roles. Virtual Structures supports surveys across different organizational and hybrid structures. The platform is Microsoft Teams certified for employee and pulse surveys. Its Lifecycle Plan can use SFTP connections to HR systems to trigger targeted lifecycle surveys; API interfaces are quoted separately. Mindset says the software-as-a-service suite is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Access is available through web and API, while participation is also supported on desktop, mobile, and kiosks.
