Custify
Custify is customer success software for bringing customer information together, automating workflows, reducing churn, and supporting expansion. Its Customer 360 dashboard combines customer data, product usage, adoption, health scores, and lifecycle details. Teams can define custom KPIs and metrics, track trends, and monitor at-risk customers and expansion opportunities. Playbooks can send reminders and assign tasks when metrics change; CustifyAI adds conversation summaries, natural-language customer queries, account selection, and AI-assisted workflow actions. The platform can import CRM, billing, support, and marketing data through a native API, JavaScript snippet, and Segment connection. Named integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Intercom, Help Scout, and Zendesk. Custify states that it maintains active GDPR compliance and ISO 27001 certification, and hosts customer data in Germany. Concierge Onboarding typically takes about four weeks and includes integration help, live training, a dedicated customer success manager, and post-launch support. Pricing is on request; a free trial is available.
GainTrace
GainTrace is customer success software for B2B SaaS teams that turns account signals into health scores intended to surface churn risk. Scores weigh usage, adoption, engagement, sentiment, revenue, support and CSM pulse, with inputs refreshed every six hours. For each account, the product shows the signals, weights and dates behind its score; it withholds a churn percentage until data and confidence thresholds are met. Nineteen built-in workflows cover situations such as declining health, renewal timelines, champion departures, payment failures and onboarding stages. Listed connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, Zoom, a custom webhook and the GainTrace SDK. The free plan covers 25 tracked companies, 100 contacts, 5,000 events per month, three live connectors, 100 automations per month, 12-hour sync and three months of history. The paid GainTrace plan is $82 a year, billed annually at $990, with limits varying by company band. GainTrace says data is stored at rest in AWS data centres in Ireland and EU data residency is available on every plan. It runs on web and provides an API.
