In their own words
CustomerLabs CDP
CustomerLabs CDP brings first-party data together from websites, CRM systems, backend tools, point-of-sale systems, and offline sources, then helps teams activate it. Its operating layer combines server-side tracking, enhanced conversions, identity resolution, signal engineering, and conversions APIs. It supports 30+ data sources and 25+ activation destinations without engineering, and advertises 200+ integrations, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, and HubSpot. Teams can create static or dynamic audience segments and sync them to advertising, analytics, and marketing destinations. Events move through server-side APIs, with controls for destination-specific event selection, schema mapping, identity formatting, and delivery logs. Privacy tools include PII hashing and masking, regional data residency, audit logs, and role-based access. CustomerLabs states that it uses TLS 1.2+ in transit and encryption at rest, and supports several compliance frameworks. Collection is available on Android, iOS, and web, with a JavaScript tracking API and mobile tracking API. Growth starts at $129/mo + GST, and a 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
Jitsu
Jitsu collects event data from websites, apps, email, chatbots, and CRMs, then sends it to a data warehouse. It says delivery can take under a second, with optional batching, and buffers data in Kafka during warehouse maintenance so it can send the data after service resumes. Jitsu can deduplicate repeated events and create warehouse tables and columns from incoming data. JavaScript Functions can filter, transform, or enrich events before delivery. Its integrations page lists 609+ sources and 32+ destinations, including warehouses, object storage, analytics tools, CRMs, and ad platforms. Collection options include web snippets, HTTP and Pixel APIs, React Native, iOS, Android, and server-to-server. Jitsu is available as a hosted service or open-source software for on-premise deployment; feature-complete self-hosting requires Kubernetes. The Free plan includes 200k active events per month, while Business costs $99 a month and includes 2M active events per month. Captured events are free, but billing counts active events successfully sent to at least one destination. The service states that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS.
