Gem ATS is an applicant tracking system for talent acquisition teams, covering applicant review, hiring workflows, and reporting. Its AI Application Review Agent scores and ranks applicants against hiring criteria, while an AI Fraud Detection Agent flags suspicious applications. After interviews, Gem turns interviewer feedback into structured scorecard summaries. Teams can manage a visual pipeline with SLA indicators, offers and approvals, built-in e-signatures, and workflow automations.
