Letfold combines lettings, sales, property management, and compliance in one system for UK estate and letting agents. Tenants, landlords, and contractors can use shared tenancy records to handle repairs, approve quotes, and follow job updates. Compliance tracking for gas, EICR, EPC, HMO licensing, Right-to-Rent, and deposit protection is included in every plan. The system also includes lead capture, a leasing pipeline, contact history, and SMS messaging, and runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Integrations listed include Stripe, GoCardless, Xero, Twilio SMS, TDS, Google Calendar, Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.
