In their own words
CutQueue
CutQueue is booking and management software for barbershops, aimed primarily at UK businesses while stating that it works globally. It covers appointments, walk-ins, manual bookings, closed periods, staff rotas, time off and next-up tracking. Clients can create accounts, verify email, manage bookings and return through a client portal. A tablet kiosk handles walk-ins and check-ins, with arrivals shown to staff. The service also supplies a booking website, booking button, booking and review QR codes, and printable shop posters. Payment and records tools include deposits, cash and card logging, VAT exports, payroll tracking and external payout records; CutQueue says it does not hold payroll money. Reporting includes stock, retail sales, reorders, expenses, tasks, notes and consultation records. Stripe can process deposits. Plans run from £10.00 per month to £49.00 per month, with a 7-day trial.

Shop operations include scheduling, staff calendars, automated reporting, commission and payout calculations, and booth-rent payments. Retention tools include automated marketing, loyalty programs, gift cards and no-show protection. The platform offers branded booking experiences, and its team can create websites for Executive and Titan packages. Plans are INDEPENDENT at $30/mo, PRO at $50/mo, EXECUTIVE at $150/mo per shop and TITAN at $250/mo per shop. Executive lists branded landing pages for $25/mo and Operator for $99/mo.
