Cvent
Cvent is an event registration product for web and mobile, supporting in-person, virtual, hybrid and webinar events. Registration features include branded websites, drag-and-drop design, email marketing, payments, reporting and AI workflows. The wider offering lists ticketing, onsite check-in, attendee apps and email, exhibitor tools, polls and Q&A. Attendee Hub includes a mobile event app and virtual experiences. Registration can be tried for free, but pricing is provided by quote and no plan prices are listed. Professional includes 15 user logins; Enterprise includes all user logins and lists MFA, SSO, task management, budget management and resource management. Cvent supports pricing and transactions in more than 130 global currencies and says customers receive 24/7 support from its client services team. Its stated security credentials include certification against ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701, and audits under SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II. Attendee data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 and at rest with AES-256, and payment processing is PCI DSS compliant.
ExpoMap
ExpoMap brings trade show and expo operations together, including floor plans, exhibitor management, registration, badges, lead capture, networking, and AI tools. Organizers can arrange 2D or 3D booths with a drag-and-drop editor, manage sales and availability, and provide public wayfinding. Registration includes custom forms, paid tickets, promo codes, QR badges, wallet support, kiosks, and QR check-in. Exhibitors can scan QR codes or enter leads manually, then rate, annotate, export, and summarize them with AI. Other AI tools cover event search, matchmaking, lead scoring, follow-up drafts, and an assistant that answers from exhibitor-provided information. Events can have multilingual microsites on an ExpoMap or organizer domain, with analytics integrations. The phone experience is an installable PWA with badges, lead scanning, maps, meetings, messaging, and push notifications. ExpoMap lists Stripe, signed webhooks, data import, and CRM and automation connections. Its free plan costs nothing and covers one event, up to 49 exhibitors, and up to 250 visitors.
