Overview

CVViZ distributes eligible openings to supported job boards and gathers applications in a centralized candidate database. Supported channels include LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and other free or paid boards. Whether a particular channel is usable depends on board policy, geography, and employer-account eligibility, so teams should not assume every desired board is within reach.

The platform combines distribution with screening and recruiting coordination. That can reduce handoffs between posting, reviewing applicants, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews. It is a broader proposition than a standalone resume screening tool, though teams seeking only a lightweight way to assess a small number of candidates may not need the full workflow.

Key features

Screening and prescreening

CVViZ's AI compares resumes with job context and configured criteria, then presents evidence for recruiter review. Recruiters retain responsibility for advancement decisions. Required or optional knockout questions in multiple-choice, short-answer, or long-answer formats add structure to application review and can help teams screen for must-have requirements before spending time on interviews.

Candidate communication and interviews

Recruiters can reach candidates by email, WhatsApp, and SMS, including through personalized sequences and recruiter handoff. Interview coordination covers availability, candidate time selection, confirmations, reminders, and interview activity recorded on the candidate record. Together, these capabilities suit teams that want communication and scheduling to stay connected to candidate review rather than handled as separate steps.

Integrations and controls

Integration options include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS/Twilio, job boards, HRMS handoff, and API-based data exchange. API access is included with the Standard and Pro ATS plans; CVViZ also offers a resume parsing API. The company presents SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance signals and describes role-based access and data protection controls. Training is offered through live demos and webinars, with support by email, live chat, and phone, plus an in-app user guide.

Pricing

CVViZ has no free plan. Its 7-day free trial requires no credit card, giving teams a short window to assess the workflow before paying. The ATS plans are priced per month:

Plan	Price	What it includes
Starter	99.00 USD per month	5 active jobs, unlimited users, all ATS features
Basic	199.00 USD per month	10 active jobs, unlimited users, all features
Standard	349.00 USD per month	20 active jobs, unlimited users, API access
Pro	499.00 USD per month	100 active jobs, unlimited users, API access, multi-domain access, SSO

Starter is the lowest-cost route for a team that can work within five active jobs; its unlimited users avoid a per-seat constraint, but the job cap may be restrictive for a busy recruiter. Basic doubles the active-job limit. Standard raises it to 20 and adds API access, while Pro is aimed at higher-volume or multi-domain operations needing SSO, with 100 active jobs. The higher tiers are difficult to justify for teams that do not need their additional capacity or access controls.

Separate options cover resume screening and parsing. Integrate costs 25.00 USD per month for resume screening, matching, and ranking. Resume Parser plans cost 625.00 USD per year for 10,000 credits, 2500.00 USD per year for 50,000 credits, or 4500.00 USD per year for 100,000 credits. These credit-based options suit teams choosing parsing capacity rather than the full ATS workflow. The plan descriptions do not state whether these prices renew automatically or how unused credits are treated.

Platforms

CVViZ supports Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, web, API, and extension. This range gives teams several ways to access or connect the service across devices and systems.

Who it's for

CVViZ is suited to in-house recruiting teams, employers, and staffing or recruitment agencies that regularly distribute jobs and manage applicants through screening, communication, and interview coordination. It is less attractive for occasional hiring, teams that need a free ongoing plan, or organizations whose recruitment depends on a board that may not be available to them.

Pros and cons

Pros: Job distribution, resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview coordination share a recruiting workflow, reducing the need to separate those activities across tools.
Pros: Unlimited users on the ATS plans avoid per-seat limits, while active-job tiers offer a clear capacity ladder.
Pros: Screening presents evidence for recruiter review and supports configurable knockout questions without handing advancement decisions to the AI.
Cons: Board availability depends on policy, geography, and employer eligibility, so distribution to a particular channel is not assured.
Cons: There is no free plan, and even Starter costs 99.00 USD per month while limiting teams to five active jobs.
Cons: The trial lasts only 7 days, leaving little time for teams with a slower evaluation or hiring cycle.

Alternatives

For a free web-based option that limits analysis to 20 credits and eight candidates per analysis, consider SkipCV. Truffle is another paid option with Android, iOS, and web support and a 7-day trial that includes 30 credits and unlocks every feature. Teams that want an open-source, self-hosted option with no stated software fee may prefer CandiSift, while accounting for possible per-token LLM processing costs. For a different recruiting or screening option, compare Humanly Intelligent CV Screening, X0PA AI, Ducknowl, Senseloaf, and Octagnt. Verdict

Choose CVViZ if your team needs job distribution tied to screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination, and can operate within the active-job tier that fits its hiring volume. The integrated workflow is its main advantage; the monthly starting cost and uncertainty around board eligibility are the main reasons to look elsewhere.
