CVViZ Job Distribution sends eligible job openings to supported boards and collects applications in a centralized candidate database for recruiting workflows. Applications can include required or optional knockout questions in multiple-choice, short-answer, and long-answer formats. Candidate outreach and conversations can run through email, WhatsApp, and SMS, including personalized sequences and recruiter handoff. The platform can coordinate interview availability, candidate time selection, confirmations, reminders, and activity on candidate records. Integration options include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, job boards, HRMS handoff, and API-based data exchange. A 7-day free trial is offered without a credit card, but there is no free plan. Paid ATS plans start at $99 a month for Starter, which includes five active jobs and unlimited users. CVViZ describes workflows for in-house teams, employers, and staffing or recruitment agencies.
