In their own words
CyberCPR
CyberCPR is an incident response and case management platform focused mainly on cyber incidents, with support for other cases and investigations. Its incident wizard guides setup through five steps. Teams can use template playbooks or build and save their own using drag-and-drop tasks, assignments, and deadlines. Members can communicate securely, follow progress, and compile incident information into email reports. The service provides an API and a Zapier integration, which its site says connects to over 3,000 apps. Organizations can run the web application on their own network, with a third-party cloud provider, or through Logically Secure. Access controls include role-based rules and incident-specific permissions; access is removed when a user leaves an incident. The site says Google Auth two-factor authentication is available on all accounts and browser-to-server traffic is encrypted with TLS. Lite costs nothing and is limited to charities and education on a shared AWS-hosted platform. Pro is a monthly SaaS subscription without a minimum term, and Enterprise offers bespoke deployment; prices for both are on request.
