Workday Wellness connects employees with partner solutions. Cloud Connect for Benefits provides provider templates using ANSI X12 834 and LIMRA Data Exchange schemas. Listed categories include medical, dental, vision, insurance, COBRA, spending accounts, retirement plans, and evidence of insurability. Certified integrations can transmit ACA reporting data and track hours to trigger healthcare enrollment for eligible part-time workers. Workday says customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and network traffic uses TLS; mobile devices do not store personally identifiable data locally.
