Dayforce Scheduling helps organizations plan staffing coverage, manage labor budgets, and provide employees with schedule flexibility. It forecasts labor demand using historical data, recent trends, and seasonal predictions, then can generate schedules based on preferences, business demand, pay rates, and other factors. Its iOS app supports schedule and shift viewing, coworker messaging, and shift trade decisions; trades between locations are unavailable in the mobile app. Dayforce says its regional predictive scheduling rule can help manage fair workweek requirements.
