It combines regulatory and marketing material for print and digital channels, then automates personalization and compliance. Statements, bills, and letters can become personalized marketing communications sent through print, email, SMS, or web portals. Its composition engine produces dynamic content aligned with a brand, while interactive documents let recipients choose how to view them. Approval and submission workflows organize review and are intended to reduce errors. Tax-document changes can move through production, delivery, and filing, with revision history, configurable approvals, and WCAG-compliant output. DCM says the service integrates with CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, and legacy infrastructure. It also lists version control, audit trails, template governance, online data access, and secure record storage and retrieval.
