dcomply
dcomply is a cloud-based compliance platform for Indian businesses, with coverage spanning DPDP and other listed regulations. Its more than 94 modules cover data privacy, security and risk, financial regulation, corporate matters, sector-specific requirements, and operations. Privacy tools include consent management, a data subject request portal, PII discovery and anonymization, and QR-based physical consent capture. AI-assisted features support compliance analysis, policy generation, gap assessment, and PII detection. Listed regulatory coverage includes RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, POSH, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA. The site lists 51 connectors, including AWS, GCP, Azure, MongoDB, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace. Its security page states that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, with India data residency. The trust centre says ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type I readiness are planned; dcomply is not currently ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certified. Free signup requires no credit card and includes dashboard exploration and an instant compliance score. Each module has a 14-day trial.
PrivacyEngine
PrivacyEngine is a web-based SaaS platform for managing data privacy work and demonstrating data-protection compliance. It supports GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, and HIPAA programs and also references ISO, AI, Article 27, and NIS2 compliance. Its modules cover records of processing activities, data-subject requests, DPIAs, retention, vendor risk, and incident and breach management. A risk register supports identifying and mitigating data-protection risks, while embeddable custom forms support subject-access request intake. The learning management system covers privacy training and tracks employee progress. PrivacyEngine lists over 100 integrations across areas such as analytics, CRM and marketing, cloud and storage, productivity, security and monitoring, and finance and accounting. These can automate data discovery, classification, retention enforcement, and request fulfillment; high-volume or enterprise connectors may incur usage-based fees. The Free plan is free and includes up to five staff, with five ROPAs, risks, retention periods, documents, and logs. Dedicated consulting support is available across plans. PrivacyEngine states that it achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance across Security, Confidentiality, and Availability criteria.
