DealCloud is a cloud-based deal and relationship intelligence platform for professional firms. It is preconfigured for private capital, investment banking, legal, and advisory organizations. Private-capital workflows cover fundraising and investor relations, sourcing and screening, diligence, investment committee preparation, and exits. AI features surface warm relationship paths, assess relationship strength, and guide outreach across deals, matters, and engagements. Outlook interactions and meetings can be logged automatically as shared engagement records. Rule-based workflows trigger tasks, approvals, and escalations, while the flexible data model lets firms change entities and relationships without custom code. Records can be enriched with market intelligence from Preqin, PitchBook, and FactSet. Add-ins connect DealCloud with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Edge. It can create deal-specific SharePoint sites and Teams workspaces and synchronize membership as deals change. Intapp lists ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701, CSA STAR, SOC 1 Type 2, and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications or reports for its cloud products. The enterprise offering adds dedicated Azure storage, customer-managed key encryption, daily backups, testing environments, and enhanced controls for an additional fee.
