In their own words
Decisions
Decisions is meeting management software that records and transcribes meetings, produces AI summaries, tracks action items, and keeps a searchable archive. Teams can co-author agendas and collaborate on structured meetings stored in Teams. Tasks can sync to Microsoft Planner with assignees and due dates, and note templates are available. Decisions works in Teams, web, desktop, iOS, Android, Outlook, and Word, and connects with Microsoft 365 services including OneNote, Planner, and SharePoint. Optional AI connectors include Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT. Meeting content stays in the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant; AI processing uses Azure OpenAI with no data retention. The free plan is available to organizations with up to 30 users on their Microsoft 365 tenant and requires no credit card. Basic costs $8 a month per user when billed annually and includes 200 AI credits monthly. Monthly billing has no lock-in and can be canceled anytime; annual billing runs for 12 months and saves up to 20%.
Geekbot
Geekbot runs asynchronous standups, polls, and surveys in Slack and Microsoft Teams. For standups, it schedules check-ins, gathers updates, and shares reports that help teams follow progress and blockers. Notifications can be timed to participants’ local time zones, and team members can choose their reporting times. Polls support anonymous responses, multiple votes, scheduling, result visualizations, and AI-generated options. Ask Geekbot answers natural-language questions using reports and poll or survey votes as its source data. Optional integrations listed for its AI features include Google Calendar, Jira, Asana, GitLab, and GitHub. The Starter plan is free for up to 10 users; teams with more than 10 active participants need to upgrade. Starter reporting history goes back up to three months, while paid plans have unlimited history. Basic plans include API access and CSV exports. Geekbot is available on the web and through an API. Pricing starts at $0.75/user/mo billed annually for Polls & Surveys; Standups start at $2.50 per participant per month on annual billing. A 30-day trial is available for Basic.
