Plans
In their own words
Default
Default is a paid platform for managing workflows, enriching records, routing leads, and scheduling meetings. Inbound automation can enrich and qualify demo submissions, route leads, show scheduling links, and add contacts to nurture sequences. Outbound workflows can use website intent signals and account research to identify whom to contact and why. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Zapier, Snowflake, and enrichment providers such as Apollo.io, Clearbit, People Data Labs, Wiza, and Parallel. Plans allow unlimited workflow building, but workflow runs are metered and included runs roll over during the annual agreement. Enrichment calls consume credits, while website visitor identification uses three credits per identified visitor once. Growth is for go-to-market teams; Scale targets high-volume revenue organizations. Growth costs $1,250 a month billed annually, and Scale costs $3,000 a month billed annually. There is no free plan.
Lucep
Lucep automates inbound lead qualification, follow-ups, and routing, connecting leads with sales teams through existing CRM workflows. Qualification campaigns can use IVR, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to verify leads, establish intent, and schedule callbacks. Its Lead Management App assigns incoming leads according to predefined rules and priority, with dashboards for ownership, status, response times, and progress. Lucep also offers a managed AI voice-calling service that includes setup, scripts, retries, integrations, compliance, and AI training. Listed CRM integrations include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, Siebel, Bitrix, and NoPaperForms. Leads can come from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, Google lead forms, website forms, lead aggregators, and APIs. Lucep says it suits organizations with high lead volumes, distributed teams, and time-sensitive buyer journeys. It is available on Android, iOS, web, and API. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is listed. Pricing depends on selected channels, campaign duration, and volume; custom pricing is provided after selection.
