Degama DTMS

Degama DTMS is a cloud-based transportation management system for trucking and brokerage businesses, accessible over the internet on Android, iOS, and the web. Orders can be entered manually, through EDI, from a customer system, or through the DTMS track-and-trace portal. Dispatch supports fleet planning, freight allocation, activity monitoring, driver communication, and mobile use on phones and tablets. Billing can generate, combine, batch, and email invoices, and can integrate with accounting software. The document module attaches scans to invoices and can email BOLs, PODs, images, waybills, and PDFs. Mobile Dispatch supports messages, digital signatures, pictures, and timestamped pickup, drop-off, and cross-docking audits. Customers can configure terminology and layout using more than 300 parameters. EDI transactions include invoicing, load tendering, tender responses, and shipment status updates using X.12 standards 3040 and 4010. The product starts at $550/mo; there is no free plan, but a trial is available. A representative contacts trial applicants to discuss access and evaluation criteria.
