Devaishno Fees Management is the fee module in a cloud-based school ERP that Devaishno describes for Indian schools, including CBSE, ICSE, and state-board institutions. Schools can create one-time or recurring fee groups with due dates for admission, quarterly, annual, PTA, or bus charges, then assign them to classes and academic sessions. Transport fees can connect with the bus-route module. During collection, staff can apply individual percentage discounts for scholarships, staff concessions, sibling discounts, and waivers. Administrators can view each student’s total, paid amount, balance, and Paid, Partial, or Pending status, filtering by session, class, or scholar number. Parent reminders cover dues, partial payments, deadlines, and confirmations. Records and reports can be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV. The ERP supports UPI, cards, and net banking, while its Android app provides school updates and payments.
