DialerJazz
DialerJazz is an open-source power dialer for outbound sales calls, with web, self-hosted, and API access. It offers swipe-based dialing, automated sequential dialing, and manual calling. Its lead tools track leads, companies, and contacts, accept CSV imports, and support a disposition workflow. Users can create campaigns, assign leads, track progress, and filter by status; the dashboard shows real-time statistics, a campaign overview table, and quick actions. Calling uses WebRTC and can connect to Telnyx, Twilio, or a custom WebRTC provider. The documented setup requires an InsForge project for Postgres, authentication, and storage, plus a Telnyx account for WebRTC calls. DialerJazz is Docker-ready and documents deployment to Docker or any cloud provider. Its REST API covers campaigns, leads, call logs, settings, and Telnyx tokens, with offset pagination for list endpoints. The project is MIT-licensed and lists rate limiting, Zod validation, and centralized error handling. The free plan costs nothing. Setup requires Node.js 22+, and only the latest main branch receives security updates.
