In their own words
Dialpad Connect
Dialpad Connect is a cloud business phone system for calls, chats, and meetings across devices. It offers multiple business numbers, custom call routing, an auto attendant, and voicemail transcription, with desktop, mobile, and browser access. Its built-in AI creates call transcripts, highlights key moments, and produces action-item checklists. Dialpad says businesses can provision lines and add global teams without complex infrastructure. The service runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and the web. Its marketplace lists integrations such as Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Workspace, and HubSpot. Dialpad describes TLS encryption for VoIP calls and in-transit web requests, and AES 256-bit encryption for application data at rest on Google Cloud Platform. It also states that it is SOC 2 Type II compliant, offers HIPAA-ready products, and supports GDPR-related controls. The service has no free plan but offers a 14-day trial.
