In their own words
Direct Mail Manager
Direct Mail Manager automates targeted postcards and letters, from campaign setup through entry into the mail stream. Recurring campaigns can run automatically, and uploaded contact data supports one-to-one personalization with dynamic HTML templates. Real-time tracking follows each mailer from facility departure to the recipient’s mailbox. Address verification validates USPS and non-postal addresses, while list tools import records, correct errors, segment lists, match suppression lists, and create custom fields and filters. Native integrations are listed for Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks, CapsuleCRM, Planning Center, and Zapier. The REST API sends single pieces or batches in real time and exposes mail status. The service states that it is HIPAA compliant for patient-related mailers. Plans include a free Starter tier, a $199 a month Pro plan, and Enterprise pricing on request. Pro includes three users, unlimited address sends, unlimited verifications, and 300 API calls per minute.
Inkit
Inkit combines digital signatures, document generation, workflows, and document storage in a web and API platform. Reusable templates turn CRM data, spreadsheets, or API inputs into contracts, invoices, and NDAs. Its legally binding signatures include a certificate of completion and signer history, while File Intelligence can search for files and extract, organize, and route document data. The company describes native integrations and an API, with Salesforce and Amazon S3 apps listed in its documentation. Security features include end-to-end encryption, role-based controls, MFA, and immutable audit trails. Inkit says it supports SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, with IL4/IL5 compliance available to enterprise customers. Automated records-retention schedules and policies are also supported. The free plan costs nothing and includes three signature requests per month, one seat, and 10GB of storage. Listed plans include Personal at $20 a month and Standard at $30 a month; Enterprise pricing is customizable. The pricing note says paid plans start at $15/user/mo and includes a 30-day trial; the comparison also lists 14-day and 30-day trials for paid plans.
