In their own words
Dispatch Anywhere
Dispatch Anywhere combines dispatch, billing, lot management, and record-keeping for established towing businesses running light- to medium-duty operations. It is accessible on Android, iOS, web, and Windows. Dispatchers can view active jobs, truck locations, ETAs, driver status, and job queues together. Drivers can accept jobs, update statuses, and attach photos through the mobile app. Billing tools track paid and unpaid invoices, send invoices and receipts by email or text, and match payments to jobs and statements. Lot management provides searchable inventory, vehicle aging, calculated charges and fees, and vehicle history. The system tracks driver licenses, certifications, vehicle registrations, and inspections, with configurable reminders. It integrates with Intuit QuickBooks for accounting and connects with motor-club networks including Allstate, GEICO, Tesla, and Agero. Autura also lists connections to BudgetGPS, TowLien, TowPay, Autura Marketplace, and multiple GPS providers. TowPay uses Stripe infrastructure, which Autura says provides bank-grade security and PCI compliance. Windows installation is supported on Windows 10 or Windows 11 computers. Pricing is available on request and scales with fleet size and feature needs; no long-term contract is required.
TruckingOffice
TruckingOffice provides TMS and ELD software for owner-operators and fleet builders, with web, Android, and iOS access. The TMS tracks dispatch details and invoices, including payment status and overdue invoices. Its IFTA reporting tracks miles and fuel gallons by state, calculating mileage automatically with PC*Miler. Pro plans add load planning, LTL dispatch, factoring and remit-to support, and driver settlement management. The ELD app supports driver logs, duty-status changes, daily log certification, and roadside inspection reports; its vehicle interface device reads the truck’s ECM and connects to a phone or tablet by Bluetooth. TMS plans range from $25 a month for Basic Owner/Operator to $130 a month for Pro Fleet, with truck counts and workflows varying by plan. ELD options include $23 a month or $240 a year. A 30-day trial is offered. The TMS page states there are no additional-user fees or contracts and that customers can cancel at any time. Free support is advertised.
