Last Mile Software
Last Mile Software is courier and delivery software for dispatching work, coordinating drivers, and giving customers order tools. Dispatchers can assign jobs manually or automatically, then view live job and courier information on a map. Automatic assignment can match available drivers to pickup or drop-off locations. Customers can track packages and courier locations online; couriers can capture signatures and photos on their phones as pickup or delivery proof. Status and arrival updates can go by SMS, email, and WhatsApp. The system integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce, and its FAQ says online payments are integrated with Stripe. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Monthly plans are based on job volume: the 0–100 jobs/month plan costs $44 a month and includes unlimited drivers and clients. Higher monthly job-volume tiers are also listed. SMS notifications and Google Maps API traffic may incur third-party charges beyond the software price. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
