In their own words
DisputeFlow
DisputeFlow is a web-based chargeback defense tool for Shopify merchants. It gathers order evidence—including AVS results, CVV verification, IP location, delivery tracking, and order details—and uses it to create AI-assisted evidence packs, structured dossiers, and rebuttal letters for PDF export. The dashboard tracks dispute status, deadlines, risk level, and evidence completeness, with alerts for deadlines. Analytics cover recovered revenue, outcomes, case trends, and dispute reasons. The Shopify integration connects to orders, fulfillments, and payment data. DisputeFlow says the connection uses OAuth 2.0 with limited scopes and does not store card numbers or sensitive payment information; its privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and no sale, rental, or trade of data. Starter is $19/month for up to 30 disputes/month; Growth is $49/month for up to 150. Both plans offer a 15-day free trial with no credit card required during the trial. The terms say outcomes are not guaranteed, and merchants must review AI-generated materials and meet response deadlines.
