SecureShieldPay

SecureShieldPay combines fraud prevention, dispute representment and revenue recovery in a chargeback management platform available through web and API. Its analytics module ingests dispute data from more than 50 processors and supports loss analysis by MID, reason code, BIN range, geography and product SKU. AI drafts rebuttal letters and attaches evidence; a certified specialist reviews and signs off before filing. The service coordinates Visa RDR, Ethoca Alerts and Mastercard CDRN, with rules for refund-versus-fight decisions. Integrations listed include payment processors, card networks and commerce platforms; CSV or SFTP feeds are available for legacy processors. The company says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, with role-based access controls and audit logging, and says it maintains SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS Level 1 controls. Starter costs $299 a month for up to 200 disputes and two processors, plus a 12% success fee on recovered funds. Growth costs $899 a month for up to 1,500 disputes and unlimited processors, also with a 12% success fee. A free trial is available; the service does not warrant specific dispute outcomes.
