Diverst is ERG management software for organizations building employee communities and seeking to increase membership and engagement. Members can join communities, participate in events and content, and contribute to missions and goals. ERG leaders have tools to attract members, encourage engagement, and build communities. Teams can track time spent and budgets and measure ERG return on investment; DEI teams can centralize data, monitor performance, and assess impact with analytics. Diverst is listed for Android and web, and its DEI metrics dashboard and ERG programs are listed features. Pricing is on request. MentorcliQ's integrations information lists Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendars, Zoom, Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and UKG, alongside HRIS and custom API connections for its mentoring and employee community offerings. Its Surface product brings together people data from HRIS platforms, surveys, performance information, policies, and programs, then benchmarks culture maturity and practices against industry standards and peers. It surfaces insights and helps teams act on them. The Basic tier allows up to three data sources; other Surface tiers list up to 10 or unlimited sources, with differing administrator and contributor limits and service options. Paradigm AI provides guidance on workplace practices, leadership strategies, and workforce trends. The maker says customer data is not used to train public AI models.
