Dock
Dock is a revenue enablement platform for sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Its shared sales rooms bring buyer-facing content, conversations, and next steps together in one workspace. Dock AI can create customer workspaces, slides, order forms, playbooks, and training courses. Teams can see workspace visitors, views, time spent, and actions by person, page, or asset. Order form tools support pricing proposals, approval rules, and signatures. Salesforce and HubSpot connections sync account and deal context with sales workflows; other listed integrations include Gong, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Chorus, Fathom, Avoma, Slack, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, and Confluence. The Chrome extension makes Dock content, workspaces, and its AI assistant available in Gmail, LinkedIn, a CRM, or elsewhere in the browser. Dock says it is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. The company says external collaborators have free access and only internal team members are charged. A free plan is available; Standard is $350 a month, and Premium is $1,000 a month, billed annually. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Sanka Flow
Sanka Flow recreates legacy processes and coordinates operations across finance, sales, procurement, and HR. It can work alongside migrated systems or run independently: standalone use covers billing, sales documents, inventory, and purchasing. Sales tools include CRM, deals and opportunities, quotes, CPQ, incentives, customer service, and a customer portal. Finance functions span invoicing and accounts receivable, accounting, billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, invoice processing, expenses, and monthly close. Procurement and HR cover purchase orders and payments, vendor and spend management, inventory, employee management, payroll, attendance, leave requests, reviews, and approval workflows. Claude can handle recurring back-office tasks using Flow records, pause at configured approvals, and leave a log on the record. It is available through ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, email, and Teams. Flow names HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and Attio as platforms it works with, and also supports standalone or custom setups. The HubSpot workflow can take approved deals through documents, signatures, billing, accounting, purchasing, fulfillment, and automated workflows, with accounting-ready records synced to Xero or QuickBooks. The free plan is free; paid access starts at $99/mo.
