In their own words
DocRead
DocRead manages policy distribution, staff acknowledgements, and compliance records within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. It supports configurable approval workflows, role-based reviews, version tracking, and audit trails for policy changes. Policies can be assigned by role, department, location, or group membership. Acknowledgements may be mandatory and time-bound, with automated reminders and escalation for overdue responses. Live dashboards track policy status and completion by policy or user. The Microsoft 365 edition works in SharePoint Online and extends existing document libraries. A separate edition runs inside an organization’s on-premises SharePoint Server environment. DocRead is presented for HR, IT, health and safety, and compliance policies. Both editions require a quote: Microsoft 365 pricing depends on users receiving tasks, while SharePoint Server licensing is based on user count, with editions varying by user and site limits. A 30-day trial is available; evaluation in an organization’s own environment is arranged by contacting Collaboris.
ReadSignFlow
ReadSignFlow distributes workplace policies, bulletins, and procedures for employee and contractor acknowledgment, then exports audit-ready evidence. A read gate keeps signing locked until the recipient’s device confirms the document’s end. The dashboard tracks progress, while reminders are sent seven days, three days, and 24 hours before deadlines; outstanding recipients are escalated to their manager. Audit packs include signed PDFs, an append-only event log, and a SHA-256 manifest. Recipients can use email links, QR posters, or a portal on a phone or shared tablet without installing an app or creating a password. Their experience is available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. HRIS joiner, mover, and leaver events can arrive through REST API or webhooks, but there is no native connector. OpenID Connect SSO starts at Starter; REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks are available on Growth and Enterprise. SMS and WhatsApp delivery are not sending yet. The Free plan is free; paid pricing starts at $99/mo annually, with plan details varying.
