In their own words

DocsBot AI

DocsBot AI is a platform for building AI agents that answer questions from business knowledge and carry out support tasks for customer-facing and internal teams. It connects websites, documentation, files, help centers and supported cloud sources, and provides answers linked to material users can check. Configured actions can look up billing or account details and complete tasks in connected tools. Agents can be placed on a website, in a help center or in an app through the API. The developer platform includes Chat Agent, Skills, Actions, Search and Admin APIs, plus an embeddable chat widget. DocsBot states it offers 28+ native integrations and 7,000+ app connections. Security provisions include SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR support and HIPAA options; stored information is encrypted at rest with AES 256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. The company says customer data is not used to train public models. Voice agents for websites or phone are in beta. The Free plan includes one bot, 50 source pages, 100 monthly AI credits and one team user. Paid plans start at $49/mo.
