Its scope includes IT asset management, permission analysis, license management, and security analysis. The locally installed product discovers infrastructure without installing agents on target systems; Docusnap365 is a cloud service with automatic updates and a REST interface. Integration options include export and import functions, a bidirectional REST API, an MCP interface, Zapier, and CSV and Excel imports. Docusnap365 provides a structural foundation for ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and BSI IT-Grundschutz, but does not certify or conduct audits. The maker says Docusnap is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified; Docusnap365 is hosted in Europe, and its AI model is hosted in the EU without data transfer to external AI providers. Listed annual prices start at €465.00 per year for Docusnap and Docusnap365; Docusnap 15 costs €1,499.00 per year and includes all modules. Trials are available for 30 days for the locally installed product and 14 days for Docusnap365.
