Doer turns meeting action points into assigned tasks with deadlines, real-time tracking, and mandatory reviewer sign-off. Its Meeting Deck records attendees, discussion points, takeaways, and action items, then exports formatted minutes as a PDF. Users can make a selected action item into a task with an assignee, due date, priority, and category. Meeting capture is manual; users may paste Copilot or other AI-generated summaries and select action items themselves, but a direct integration is not described. A live dashboard groups task status by employee, priority, and deadline. Doer can export PDF status reports and task lists to Excel. It is listed for web, Android, and iOS. The maker says the service is hosted on Google Cloud Mumbai and stores structured text only, with no file attachments. Its stated safeguards include four-digit PIN verification and workspace email-domain allowlists. Doer says it supports GDPR, UK GDPR, and India DPDPA 2023, with EU SCCs and UK IDTA available, but does not currently hold a SOC 2 Type II report.
