In their own words
FundRaiser Family
FundRaiser Family is donor management software for nonprofits to track supporters and gifts, manage campaigns and communicate with donors. FundRaiser Spark includes unlimited donor records, gift tracking, membership management, donor groupings and reports. The Donor Portal accepts one-time and recurring donations through an organization’s website and automatically enters those gifts into FundRaiser. An API can control the donation page, and another API can connect web services to FundRaiser data. Online and installed versions are available. Installed editions are Windows desktop applications; the maker says hosted and online versions work with any operating system and most mobile devices. Select offers optional QuickBooks integration for locally installed versions, as well as Wintix and Tixsales integration for theater organizations. Access is password-protected, with about 100 per-user access control points. The maker describes database-engine encryption for files containing payment details, plus additional encryption for sensitive data. There is no free plan, but a 30-day free trial includes all features in evaluation copies. Online plans range from $69 a month for Spark to $349 a month for Professional.
