In their own words
Dynasend
Dynasend centrally designs and manages standardized email signatures for Microsoft 365 users and devices. Administrators deploy and update signatures across a tenant through its O365 add-in, without requiring end-user desktop installs. It can create a design or convert an existing one, with variants for new messages, replies, and streamlined messages. Entra ID (Azure AD) sync aligns signature fields with directory attributes, while SCIM provisioning supports user lifecycle management. Multiple templates and unlimited user data fields can serve different brands and divisions. Campaigns can schedule banners, notes, relocation messages, and role-based groups; the platform also offers feedback surveys and digital business cards for iOS and Android. Dynasend says signatures render in Outlook at compose time, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it does not access email content or stamp messages in transit. Standard costs $50 a month for up to 50 signatures; above that, monthly per-active-signature pricing varies by volume from 1.00 USD (51–100) to 0.20 USD (18,001+). A 90-day free trial is available.
Exclaimer
Exclaimer centrally manages employee email signatures and applies legal disclaimers across outgoing messages. It works natively with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Exchange. Teams can design signatures with a drag-and-drop editor or start from ready-made templates. Employee names, titles, and numbers can sync from Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and HRIS tools, helping keep signature details current. The service offers server-side imprinting, client-side deployment, and a hybrid option. The Starter plan is $0.90 per user per month, billed annually, and includes one organization-wide template; a 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Standard and Pro add features such as more templates, Brand Kits, scheduling, social feeds, metrics, and HRIS sync. Enterprise pricing is custom. Exclaimer also lists integrations including Workday, UKG Ready, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Facebook, Salesloft, and Outreach. It says organizations with 10 users and above can use the service and offers data-region selection under stated conditions.
