Smartlook
Smartlook combines session recordings with event-based analytics for websites and mobile apps. It supports web, iOS, Android, and an API. Funnels identify where users leave, while heatmaps show clicks and scrolling; rage-click detection and mobile capture are also available. Mobile crash reports connect a crash with the recording and preceding events. Smartlook says its SDKs automatically mask passwords, numbers, and form contents in recordings. Its listed security measures include SSL/TLS transfer encryption, AWS infrastructure, and a Data Protection Officer. Integrations include Google Firebase, HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Slack, Intercom, Jira, Mixpanel, Sentry, and Zapier. The free plan costs nothing, subject to limitations, and allows 20 REST API requests per hour. New paid plans have not been available since 31 May 2026. The standalone platform is scheduled for decommissioning on 30 September 2027; online support is scheduled through 31 August 2027.
