In their own words

easybook.studio

easybook.studio is a web-based booking and payment service for studios and independent instructors. It supports recurring classes and workshops, attendance lists, cancellation policies and unlimited bookings. When a participant cancels, the next person on the waitlist is booked automatically. Customers can manage renewing class passes and memberships, and bookings can come through an embeddable website widget or the studio’s own booking page. The booking experience is available in German and English. Listed online payment options include card, SEPA, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; payments go directly to the studio’s Stripe or PayPal account, and the maker says it does not charge booking commission. The free plan costs nothing and is limited to 25 customers and one team member, with cash payments only. Pricing notes list paid plans from €5/mo and a 30-day trial. Paid plans include a self-service tool to migrate customers, products, bookings and events from Eversports. The privacy policy describes encrypted data transfers and storage, access restrictions and hosting on EU servers.

The integrations page also lists Mailchimp, MailerLite and Square. Plans are billed monthly: Grow costs $59 a month, Flow costs $99 a month and Pro costs $149 a month. Their video libraries are limited to 10,000, 20,000 and 30,000 minutes respectively; automation limits are 3 on Grow, 10 on Flow and unlimited on Pro.
