EasyRisk

EasyRisk is an operational risk register for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating, and monitoring risks. Its qualitative 5×5 matrix shows inherent and residual risk and computes severity bands. EasyRisk describes its workflow as aligned with ISO 31000, but explicitly says it is not certified to that standard. Risk and treatment changes record who made them, when, and the old and new values; application users cannot edit or delete those audit entries. Dashboards surface overdue reviews and high-severity risks, and each risk has a next-review date. Teams can assign owners and roles, set treatment actions and due dates, and discuss risks in comment threads. The pricing comparison lists a REST API and MCP server, and Enterprise supports SAML and OIDC single sign-on. EasyRisk can run on an organization’s own infrastructure or servers. The Free plan includes unlimited risks, one risk board, one editor, and one attachment per risk. Team is $168 a year per editor, billed annually; Business is listed at $29 a year per editor, billed yearly.

VComply

VComply is a connected governance, risk, and compliance platform for managing obligations, policies, risks, and cases alongside owners, actions, and evidence. ComplianceOps organizes obligations, controls, deadlines, assessments, and evidence in one program. PolicyOps handles policy reviews, approvals, distribution, and attestations; RiskOps provides risk registers with ownership, control effectiveness, and mitigation progress. CaseOps brings reports, investigations, findings, corrective actions, and resolution histories together. Its AI supports policy drafting, rewriting, translation, change summaries, and answers based on approved policy content. The MCP Server connects to GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot for permission-aware access to live compliance data. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook integrations support notifications and compliance workflows. VComply states that it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and HIPAA compliant, and describes itself as ISO/IEC 27001 compliant. It says data is protected with 256-bit encryption and 2048-bit key agreements in transit and at rest. The trial page invites users to schedule a 10-minute activation call but does not state a trial duration. Listed platforms are Android and web.
