EasyVirtualFair
EasyVirtualFair is browser-based software for organizing virtual career fairs, bringing employers and candidates together through branded booths, chat, video conversations and webinars. Organizers can tailor the fair lobby and employer booths with branding, job listings, resources and event content. Participants can join from a desktop or mobile browser without installing an app; video calls need a supported browser, camera and microphone permissions, and a suitable internet connection. The Webinar Theater supports scheduled sessions and on-demand replays through webcasting platforms including Zoom, Teams and StreamYard. Organizers get real-time event analytics and can export attendee and chat data as CSV or send leads through an API. Annual plans include unlimited booths, video chats, webinars and registered attendees, according to the maker; single-event pricing is also available. A Single-event license starts at $1,500 as a one-time purchase, with the final quote depending on event scope. Annual-license pricing is on request. EasyVirtualFair focuses on events rather than year-round job postings.
