In their own words

Eat This Much

Eat This Much generates personalized meal plans from food preferences, budget, schedule, and nutrition goals. Users can set calorie and macro targets and filter meals by diet, ingredients, and other preferences. The free plan includes daily meal plans, food tracking, barcode foods, custom foods and recipes, and recurring foods. Premium supports planning a week of meals, daily customization, saved plan weeks, shareable PDFs, and automatic grocery lists. Plans update those lists, and the service names Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh as delivery options. Users can create recipes and keep a virtual pantry that favors meals using foods already on hand. The mobile app can sync meal nutrition and weight data with Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Google Fit. Professional plans support client meal planning, and the partner API can generate plans and grocery lists and export plans as HTML, PDF, or JSON. The browser Recipe Clipper sends page data only after a user selects Review in Eat This Much. Premium costs $5/mo (annual).

Mealique

Mealique is an Android and iOS app for planning meals, tracking nutrition and building eating plans. Its AI arranges a week around calorie and macro targets using a vetted recipe library with more than 800 recipes and per-serving nutrition information. The planner displays up to 14 days at once and allows meal swaps. Planned recipes produce grocery lists that group ingredients by aisle and save shopping check-offs. Food can be logged by voice or photo; estimated nutrition can be reviewed and adjusted before saving. Barcode scans look up product nutrition through Open Food Facts and send only the barcode number. Mealique supports 12 listed diets and says dietary choices and allergies apply to recipes, filters and AI generation. It also includes meal and water tracking plus fasting timers for 16:8, 18:6 or custom windows. Core weekly planning, recipes, grocery lists and daily tracking are free. The app says nutrition information is wellness guidance, not medical advice, and AI plans may contain inaccuracies.
