Eat This Much
Eat This Much generates personalized meal plans from food preferences, budget, schedule, and nutrition goals. Users can set calorie and macro targets and filter meals by diet, ingredients, and other preferences. The free plan includes daily meal plans, food tracking, barcode foods, custom foods and recipes, and recurring foods. Premium supports planning a week of meals, daily customization, saved plan weeks, shareable PDFs, and automatic grocery lists. Plans update those lists, and the service names Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh as delivery options. Users can create recipes and keep a virtual pantry that favors meals using foods already on hand. The mobile app can sync meal nutrition and weight data with Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Google Fit. Professional plans support client meal planning, and the partner API can generate plans and grocery lists and export plans as HTML, PDF, or JSON. The browser Recipe Clipper sends page data only after a user selects Review in Eat This Much. Premium costs $5/mo (annual).
NutriTrack
NutriTrack is an AI nutrition tracker for logging meals, calories, macros, weight, and supplements. It calculates calories and nutrients from plain-language meal descriptions; users can weigh food or message the AI nutritionist for analysis. A daily journal helps expose extra calories, while weekly calorie and macro statistics show eating patterns. Monthly charts present weight trends. The supplement tracker records supplements and sends reminders. Meals can be saved to a personal food database and added again in one tap. NutriTrack runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Its Early access plan costs nothing and has no ads; the maker says users can cancel anytime and that data is protected, without specifying controls or certifications. Google Auth is listed as an integration. A planned native iOS app includes a Lock Screen widget, Live Activity, and Siri Shortcuts.
