Eat This Much
Eat This Much generates personalized meal plans from food preferences, budget, schedule, and nutrition goals. Users can set calorie and macro targets and filter meals by diet, ingredients, and other preferences. The free plan includes daily meal plans, food tracking, barcode foods, custom foods and recipes, and recurring foods. Premium supports planning a week of meals, daily customization, saved plan weeks, shareable PDFs, and automatic grocery lists. Plans update those lists, and the service names Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh as delivery options. Users can create recipes and keep a virtual pantry that favors meals using foods already on hand. The mobile app can sync meal nutrition and weight data with Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Google Fit. Professional plans support client meal planning, and the partner API can generate plans and grocery lists and export plans as HTML, PDF, or JSON. The browser Recipe Clipper sends page data only after a user selects Review in Eat This Much. Premium costs $5/mo (annual).
Tyzra
Tyzra is a client portal for online coaches covering check-ins, training, nutrition and progress tracking. Coaches can schedule check-in templates and review submissions with photos, trends and structured feedback in a queue sorted by urgency. Workout plans allow up to 14 sessions, 30 exercises per session and 20 sets per exercise, with RIR or RPE, tempo, rest, supersets, warm-ups and finishers. Client workout logs save on the device and sync when connectivity returns, including after a crash or page refresh. Food search uses USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and clients can scan barcodes without another tracking app. Meal plans support up to seven days, ten meals per day and two to six swappable options per meal. Coaches can compare progress photos from two check-ins; photos are visible only to the client and coach, with EXIF location data removed on upload. The dashboard surfaces review, overdue-client, compliance, inactivity and habit alerts. Coaches can import historical metrics, workout rows and photos by CSV, with migration help on every plan. Tyzra is for solo coaches and does not support multiple coaches on one account.
